Kim Richards’ Golden Retriever makes a late season debut on Bravo TV’s “The Real Houewives of Beverly Hills“. Besides spending time with her kids, searching for love, and bickering with her sister Kyle (see The Real Housedogs of Beverly Hills Part 4- Kyle Richards, Khloe, Roxy, and Tiger), Kim spends quality time with her canine companion, who is shown comfortably sleeping at Kim’s feet during a phone interview.

The lighter tan appearance of the Golden Retriever’s muzzle and face, as compared to the rich red coat covering the rest of the body, lends the appearance of being a mature adult or senior.

The dog is also seen walking up a hill overlooking picturesque Westlake Lake. As Kim actually lives in Westlake Village (and is not currently betrothed), should we still consider her a “Real Housewife of Beverly Hills”?

Regardless of her relationship status and geographic location of her home, it is great to see Kim devoting time to her dog’s health via physical fitness. I hope regular exercise is part of the Golden Retriever’s daily life and any medical issues that can commonly affect a large breed dog (arthritis, degenerative joint disease, hypothyroidism, cancer, etc) are under control.

Kim, feel free to contact me if you need house call based integrative (combining western and eastern perspectives) veterinary medical services. I love to help older dogs feel better via acupuncture, supplements, Chinese herbs, dietary enrichment, and lifestyle modification.
